TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity with an estimated volume (basic contract) of 8,181.34 MWh. The data are indicative. 2. Number of metering systems settling electricity consumed: 336 units. 3. The metering systems are adapted to the supplier change procedure. 4. A detailed description of the metering points (PPE) has been provided by the Contracting Authority in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 5. Supplies will be delivered during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028; details concerning delivery dates for the individual metering points are described in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, column “Supply period”. 6. The currently applicable agreements for the supply of electricity will expire or be terminated effective as of the day preceding the planned date of commencement of supplies (column “Supply period”). The obligation to give notice of termination of the agreements lies with the Contracting Authorities (customers). 7.
