TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract’s purpose is the replacement of cold water pipes, domestic hot water pipes and circulation pipes in the sectors defined in this tender document. The works will be carried out over an estimated duration of approximately 19 months. In order to maintain operation of the building and to limit disruptions to hospital activities, the works will be carried out in successive phases. This contract consists of a single lot comprising thirteen intervention phases distributed as follows: Base phases (mandatory) Phase 1 Corridor CO5 Phase 2 Neurology Phase 3 Paediatrics Phase 4 Endoscopy Phase 5 Trauma Phase 6 Technical Duct No. 4 / Corridor C06 Phase 7 Corridor C01 Optional phases Phase 8 Technical Duct No. 2B Corridor C04 Phase 9 Electroencephalogram Phase 10 Medicine 2 Phase 11 ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) Phase 12 Former Maxillo Phase 13 Transplantation The optional phases may be ordered in whole or in part by the Contracting Authority, in particular depending on the available funds and the evolution of the project.
