(CIH) Training and Qualification Provision

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This agreement will be for the provision of providing CIH commercial qualifications and apprenticeships (to be procured through the YPO Framework Agreement) including: Delivery and assessment of the Chartered Institute of Housing Qualifications at Levels 3, 4 and 5 using the commercial route with a clear emphasis and understanding of Social Housing: Essential: CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Services; CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing; CIH Level 4 Certificate in Managing Housing Maintenance; CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing. Desirable: CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice; Ability to provide CIH programmes using the Apprenticeship Route including: Level 3 Housing/Property Management Apprenticeship Level 4 Senior Housing/Property Management Apprenticeship We would also be interested in any additional training programmes that you are able to deliver.
