TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a construction supervision service within the construction: Rochovce – Slavošovce – Čierna Lehota – sewerage and WWTP 2. The successful tenderer shall, in accordance with the terms agreed in the contract, carry out supervision over the performance of works on the Construction pursuant to the contract for work (construction contract) concluded between the contracting authority and the contractor of the Construction, so that all works on the construction site are carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN and technical specifications, within the specified time, and within the price agreed in the contract for work, and while complying with the conditions specified in the contract for work (hereinafter referred to as “the subject of the contract”). 3.
