TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a construction site supervision service within the construction project: Rochovce – Slavošovce – Čierna Lehota – sewerage and WWTP 2. The successful tenderer shall, according to the conditions agreed in the contract, carry out supervision over the performance of works on the Construction Site pursuant to the works contract concluded between the contracting authority and the Contractor of the Construction Site, so that all works on the construction site are carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN and technical specifications, within the specified time and within the price agreed in the works contract and in compliance with the conditions specified by the works contract (hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the contract”). 3.
