TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract award procedure will be carried out in accordance with Article 31 of the Public Procurement Act (ZJN-3), which provides that, in a public procurement procedure, the contracting authority may invite to participate only companies employing disabled persons and employment centres, as specified in the law governing employment rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons. The contracting authority will award the services to a company employing disabled persons, since, pursuant to the provision of paragraph 1 of Article 62 of the Act on Employment Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons (ZZRZI), it is required to employ disabled persons; the quota for the employment of disabled persons, pursuant to the provision of Article 3 of the Regulation on the Determination of the Quota for the Employment of Disabled Persons, amounts to 3% of the total number of employees, based on classification under activity H (Transport and storage) – activity code 49.500 – Pipeline transport.
