Awarding individual partial public contracts (hereinafter referred to as “partial public contracts”), on the basis of a framework agreement concluded with a single supplier, to ensure full functionality, usability, operability and restoration of operational reliability within the specified scope of military tanker vehicles with a fibreglass tank mounted on a Tatra chassis, including their subgroups and component units, as a comprehensive out-of-warranty repair based on a findings assessment.
