TENDER DESCRIPTION

We would like to invite you to submit a tender for the Citrix management services. The objective of this procurement is to contract a supplier that can professionally remotely manage the existing hybrid Citrix platform of Utrecht University, provide advice on it, and during the term of the agreement, at our request, implement extensions or changes to the platform. In practice, it is intended that the (new) supplier takes over the “as-is” situation from our current supplier. We estimate the total costs at € 2,000,000 excluding VAT over the maximum term of the agreement. Of this amount, € 50,000 excluding VAT has been reserved for the transition. The estimate is based on our current expenditures and a market analysis. You cannot derive any rights from this estimate.
