TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pursuant to the recommendations of the Office for Associations of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, and pursuant to Article 3 of the Decree on Amendments and Supplements to the Decree on the criteria, measures, and procedures for financing and contracting programmes and projects of interest to the general good implemented by associations (NN 37/2021), it is necessary to digitise the process of submitting application documentation, as well as to enable review and processing of all reports (programme and financial) for each signed agreement. CIV must enable communication with end users, evaluation of applications, and electronic submission of all required accompanying evidentiary documentation and attachments.
