TENDER DESCRIPTION

In accordance with the recommendations of the Office for Associations of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, and pursuant to Article 3 of the Regulation on Amendments and Supplements to the Regulation on Criteria, Measures and Procedures for Financing and Contracting Programmes and Projects of Interest for the General Good Carried Out by Associations (NN 37/2021), it is necessary to digitize the process of submitting application documentation, as well as to enable the review and processing of all reports (programme and financial) for each signed contract. CIV must enable communication with end users, the evaluation of applications, and the electronic submission of all prescribed supporting evidence documents and annexes.
