TENDER DESCRIPTION

In accordance with the recommendations of the Office for Associations of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, and pursuant to Article 3 of the Decree on Amendments to and Supplements of the Decree on the criteria, measures and procedures for financing and contracting programmes and projects of interest to the general good implemented by associations (NN 37/2021), it is necessary to digitise the process of submitting application documentation, and to enable review and processing of all reports (programme and financial) for each signed agreement. CIV must enable communication with end users, evaluation of applications and electronic submission of all required accompanying supporting evidence documentation and annexes.
