TENDER DESCRIPTION
Pursuant to the recommendations of the Office for Associations of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, and in accordance with Article 3 of the Decree on Amendments to and Supplements of the Decree on Criteria, Measures and Procedures for Financing and Contracting Programme and Project Activities of Interest for General Good carried out by Associations (NN 37/2021), it is necessary to digitize the process of submitting application documentation, and to enable review and processing of all reports (programme and financial) for each signed contract. CIV must enable communication with end users, evaluation of applications, and electronic submission of all prescribed supporting evidence documentation and annexes.
