Cjelovita obnova zgrade „Škola“ u Gradu mladih Granešina

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Comprehensive renovation of the “School” building in the City of Young People in Granešina, which is required after the City of Zagreb caused an earthquake on 22.3.2020. Design documentation has been prepared (main and detailed design documents, bills of quantities) for the comprehensive renovation of the “School” building (total gross area of 1388 m2) that was damaged in the earthquake, and based on a static inspection it has been assigned the label “temporarily unusable”. As part of the City of Young People, the School in the Forest one-day trip program is implemented (co-financed by the City of Zagreb, intended for pupils in grades 1–4 of primary school), as well as programs for children in kindergarten, it is necessary to renovate the subject building “SCHOOL” so that a larger number of users can be accommodated. Namely, during bad and cold weather, the “SCHOOL” has been used to carry out programs that are otherwise implemented in open space, since this building can accommodate 240 children at the same time.
