The subject of procurement is the purchase of a hot air balloon dome, including accompanying additional content for the purposes of developing the tourism offering of the destination. The balloon consists of a balloon dome including a transport bag, safety equipment and the associated certification documentation, a burner system for operating the balloon with the associated equipment and certificates, fuel tanks, a fan for inflating the balloon, a system for safely securing the balloon to the ground, accessories for transporting and handling the balloon, and certificates, technical documentation, instructions for use, and all necessary approvals for putting it into use in accordance with EASA regulations.
