TENDER DESCRIPTION
This procurement procedure covers, in this lot, the procurement of notebooks (portable computers) in various product classes and product configurations, as well as other supplementary contractual services. The details are set out in the tender documents, in particular in the contractual terms as well as the performance description/specification of services and the price schedule for Lot 1. Within this framework, specifying a single manufacturer across all product categories is mandatory. It is intended to conclude framework agreements with up to three (3) economic operators. Over the regular term of the framework agreement, a maximum value of EUR 120,000,000.00 (net) has been set for ekom21 and EUR 6,000,000.00 (net) for KIV Thüringen. Overall, the framework agreement therefore has a maximum value of EUR 126,000,000.00 (net). The maximum value is based on the experience of the past few years, including estimated additional requirements.
