TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement procedure in this lot covers the purchase of notebooks (portable computers) in various product categories and product specifications, as well as other supplementary contract services. The details are set out in the tender documents, in particular in the contractual conditions and the specification of services/service description and the price schedule for Lot 1. Within this, the requirement to specify one manufacturer across all product categories is mandatory. It is intended to conclude framework agreements with up to three (3) economic operators. Under the standard term of the framework agreement, a maximum value of EUR 120,000,000.00 (net) is set for ekom21 and EUR 6,000,000.00 (net) for KIV Thüringen. Overall, the framework agreement therefore has a maximum value of EUR 126,000,000.00 (net). The maximum value is based on the experience of recent years, including estimated additional requirements.
