TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to introduce a managed cloud solution in which new and already existing specialist applications can be operated. The procured managed cloud solutions place high demands on IT security and data protection as well as on environmental and sustainability management (see required suitability criteria in the application documents and criteria in the service description). Technically, the topics of performance, availability and scalability are decisive for DBHN. On the managed cloud infrastructure, data-intensive applications with analysis, evaluation and simulation capabilities are to be operated (BI / corporate planning), which is why a powerful environment is required. The specialist applications are central to company management, so their availability must be ensured. Since, in addition, more and more applications are to be operated in the environment and, over time, more companies and thus more users will be able to access them for use, the scalability of the solution is of crucial importance.
