II. Implementation and Go Live (Implementierung und Go live):

The project utilizes an agile approach where deliverables are created incrementally. The scope also includes monthly flat rates for the provision and operation of the cloud-based software solution, covering basic quantities and all services outlined in Chapter 8 of the service description. Additionally, services corresponding to specified hourly rates for various skill levels (Business Consultant, Senior IT Consultant, IT Consultant) are part of the scope for onsite and offsite activities, particularly those related to load tests, system changes/updates, and consultation on configuration and adaptation.
