TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Unstrut-Hainich intends, within the framework of an Open Procedure in accordance with the Ordinance on Public Procurement (Vergabeverordnung (VgV)), to replace the existing AVAYA IP Office Server Edition R11.1 with a cloud-based VoIP/UCC solution as Software as a Service (SaaS). The subject of the procurement is the ready-for-operation provision and operation of a communications solution that is centrally administrable and highly available for four locations and approximately 595 users. The scope of services includes in particular the SaaS platform, standard telephony and UCC functions, softphone and mobile clients, public telephony over SIP including carrier/SBC functions, the takeover and porting of the existing telephone numbers, up to ten physical IP telephones, ten analog gateways with two a/b interfaces each, a central operator workstation, and an AI-supported routing function. In addition, the scope includes planning, proof of concept, VoIP readiness and acceptance testing measurement, migration and switchover, training, documentation, as well as system service and support.
