TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Landkreis Unstrut-Hainich intends, within the framework of an Open Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Ordinance (Vergabeverordnung, VgV), to replace the existing AVAYA IP Office Server Edition R11.1 with a cloud-based VoIP/UCC solution as Software as a Service (SaaS). The subject matter of the procurement is the ready-for-operation provision and operation of a centrally administrable, highly available communications solution for four locations and approximately 595 users. The scope of services includes in particular the SaaS platform, standard telephony and UCC functions, softphone and mobile clients, public telephony over SIP including carrier-/SBC functions, the takeover and porting of the existing telephone numbers, up to ten physical IP telephones, ten analog gateways each with two a/b interfaces, a central operator console workplace, and an AI-supported call routing function. Project planning, Proof of Concept, VoIP readiness and acceptance measurement, migration and switchover, training, documentation, as well as system service and support are also part of the contract.
