TENDER DESCRIPTION

The result of the public contract awarded in the form of a Negotiated Procedure with publication is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of CONCRETE GUTTERS AND COVER SLABS for 48 months with three selected suppliers with the lowest price tender for the model case. Subsequently, proceedings will be carried out in accordance with Section 132(3), letter (a) of the Act (i.e., awarding public contracts on the basis of a Framework Agreement by a procedure with reopening competition among the participants of the Framework Agreement, as this procedure is described in Article III of the above Framework Agreement) and Purchase Contracts will be concluded. Performance under the Purchase Contract will take place on the basis of a Partial Contract (orders).
