TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement seeks an experienced supplier to co-produce, pilot, and evaluate interventions aimed at improving Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (MMRV) vaccine uptake within Somali communities in London, Birmingham, and Bristol. This four-phase project involves identifying and describing a minimum of 30 interventions through stakeholder engagement in Phase 1, followed by workshops to prioritize five key interventions in Phase 2. The highest-ranked intervention will then be implemented and evaluated across the specified locations in Phases 3 and 4. The methodology will follow an Agile Co-production and Evaluation framework, requiring a robust understanding of behavioural science, community co-design principles, and intervention development. The contract is set to commence on 1 October 2026 and conclude by 31 March 2027, with a maximum budget of £70,000 (excluding VAT).
