EUR 530,000.00 (net) Phased commissioning: Stage 1 = HOAI LPH 5-7 Stage 2 = HOAI LPH 8 The total costs for the construction measure must not exceed the following amount (in EUR gross): EUR 6,150,000.00. This amount is made up of costs of cost groups 200 - 700 in accordance with DIN 276. The measure supported with funds from the FAG programme, expansion and general renovation of the state secondary school Coburg 1, was carried out in the building sections B, C, D, E and F in the years 2004 to 2011. In order to complete the measure, building section A must still be renovated. The building sections A and E date from 1957. Building section E was expanded in 1961. In 1964, the gymnasium (F) was added. With the 1st construction phase - new build, building section B, the sanitary facilities in building section A were renovated (basement/UG, ground floor/EG and upper floor/OG), carried out from 2004 to 2006.…
