TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is the collection, transport and delivery of correspondence and all parcels of all formats that are paid for by the Oise Department and that are sent from the Telephone Reception and Mail Service (SATC) of the Department, as well as the supply of stamps and consumables associated with the parcels. The description of the services and their specifications are set out in the special technical specifications (CCTP).
