TENDER DESCRIPTION

EVODIA is an interdepartmental joint association. Waste collection is provided by the communauté de communes, the communauté d’agglomération and collection unions. EVODIA is responsible for the transfer, transport, sorting, treatment and recovery of waste arising from selective collection, household waste and waste transfer stations (déchèteries). Within the EVODIA territory, the collection of glass packaging is carried out through a network of bring points (PAV) equipped with containers intended for users to deposit glass packaging. To optimise costs, EVODIA is responsible for the contract for collecting containers for the 7 local authorities that do not provide this service themselves under in-house (regie) collection arrangements. The contract covers the collection of bring-point containers intended for the collection of household glass packaging waste and the transport to the processing centre of the company SIBELCO located in SAINT-MENGE (88).
