TENDER DESCRIPTION

EVODIA is an interdepartmental mixed-purpose association (syndicat mixte). Waste collection is provided by communities of communes, urban communities, and collection syndicates. EVODIA is responsible for transit, transport, sorting, treatment and the recovery of waste arising from selective collection, household waste and drop-off facilities (déchèteries). On EVODIA’s territory, the collection of glass packaging is provided through a network of voluntary collection points (PAV) equipped with containers intended for users to deposit glass packaging. In order to optimize costs, EVODIA is placing the contract for the collection of containers for the 7 local authorities that do not provide this service in-house (under direct management, régie de collecte). The contract covers the collection of voluntary drop-off containers intended for the collection of household glass packaging waste and transport to the processing centre of the company SIBELCO located in SAINT-MENGE (88).
