TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to award a public services contract for the collection and transport of household glass from bring-in columns installed within the territory of the Communauté de Communes de la Dombes (CCD), as part of its competency in providing public services for the management of household waste and related materials. The contract covers in particular: • the organisation and scheduling of the emptying of glass sorting columns distributed across all 36 communes of the CCD; • the loading and transport of the collected glass to end users designated by the CCD; • the management of overflow and the maintenance of immediate cleanliness around the columns; • the traceability of the collected tonnages and the transmission of the data needed to monitor the service. The exact number of points to be collected may change during performance (creation, removal or relocation of columns) without altering the nature of the contract.
