TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is for the award of a public services contract relating to the collection and transport of household glass from bring-in containers installed in the territory of the Communauté de Communes de la Dombes (CCD), as part of its responsibility for the public service of managing household and similar waste. The contract covers in particular: • organising and planning the emptying of the glass sorting containers distributed across all 36 communes of the CCD; • loading and transporting the collected glass to the buyers designated by the CCD; • managing overflows and maintaining the immediate surroundings of the containers in a state of cleanliness; • ensuring traceability of the collected tonnages and transmitting the data required for monitoring the service. The exact number of collection points may change during performance (creation, removal or relocation of containers) without this modifying the nature of the contract.
