TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procedure concerns the award of a concession linked to the delegation of a public waste management task. In order to ensure broad and transparent competition, the contracting authority has chosen to proceed by means of an invitation to tender in an open procedure, with publication on SIMAP. The contract concerns the collection, transport, disposal and invoicing of incinerable municipal waste from businesses subject to the municipal monopoly and that do not have access to communal infrastructures located on the Meyrinois territory, for a period of 4 years from the date it enters into force. It may then be renewed 1 time for one year. The total contract duration, including renewals, may not exceed 5 years. The tenderer will invoice the relevant businesses directly according to the tariffs and amounts set out in the context of this invitation to tender. The estimated annual waste tonnage is 1’140 and the number of businesses concerned is approximately 400.
