TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the provision of containers, collection, transport to the transfer centre, re-packaging and transport to the final outlet for the treatment of Specific Wastes (DDS), not covered by Eco-DDS, arising from the collection of bulky items at the Bulky Items sorting platform (ISDND - St Jean de Libron to Béziers) as well as from the community waste facilities of Béziers (CAPISCOL and MERCORENT), Villeneuve-les-Béziers and Sauvian/Vendres. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 2 years from 01/01/2027. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its term. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years.
