TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Peel en Maas wants, as an employer, to offer insurance through a collective contract for all employees that provides a benefit in case of partial and full disability, with a payment that supplements the (sum of the) WIA benefit and the ABP disability pension to at least 70% in case of partial disability and 10% of the insured income in case of full disability WGA 80-100% and 5% in case of IVA 80-100%. The income must be supplemented up to the participant's applicable AOW pensionable age. Premium payments will continue as long as there is an insurable interest. With this procurement, the municipality aims to conclude an agreement with one insurer that offers a collective disability insurance in accordance with our requirements and wishes. This concerns 427 employees and an insurable salary sum of approx. EUR 20,500,000. The agreement has a term of three (3) years, starting on 1 January 2027 and ending on 1 January 2030.
