TENDER DESCRIPTION

As an employer, Gemeente Peel en Maas wishes to provide all employees with insurance via a collective contract. This insurance provides benefits in the event of partial and full incapacity for work, with benefits such that the (sum of the) WIA benefit and the ABP disability pension are topped up together to at least 70% in the case of partial incapacity for work, and to 10% of the insured income in the case of full incapacity for work under WGA 80-100%, and to 5% in the case of IVA 80-100%. The income must be topped up until the participant’s AOW retirement age applicable to them. Premium payment takes place as long as there is an insurable interest. . With this procurement procedure, the municipality aims to enter into an agreement with one insurer that offers a collective disability insurance in accordance with our requirements and wishes. It concerns 427 employees and an insurable payroll of approximately EUR 20,500,000. . The agreement has a term of three (3) years, starts on 1 January 2027 and ends on 1 January 2030.
