    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    The MCR installation will ensure the autonomous regulation of natural ventilation in the classrooms. It will also be locally controllable from a 16-inch screen integrated into the main panel. All equipment will be centralized on a single panel, installed in the technical room located in the basement. The different operating modes will be detailed in the MCR submission, in the general and technical descriptions. It should be noted that the heating or ventilation installer will only provide the equipment specified in their respective submission, while the awarded MCR company will be responsible for supplying the other equipment, including sensors and thermostats. The energy data necessary for optimization and monitoring of the installations will be recorded and presented in graphical form, accessible for real-time analysis.
