TENDER DESCRIPTION

Ice control and snow removal services on the county roads under the administration of Vrancea County Council for a period of 48 calendar months, i.e. for the winters 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029, 2029-2030. The performance period of the services is between: 15 November of the current year – 15 March of the following year. Depending on road-weather conditions, this period may be modified by the written notice of the contracting authority. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement related to Lot 1 (North) are found in the Lot 1 North Consolidator. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement for Lot I/NORTH is 19,547,381.57 lei excluding VAT. The maximum estimated value (for certain maximum quantities) of the largest subsequent contract for Lot I/NORTH is 4,886,845.39 lei excluding VAT; Additional details regarding the services to be provided on the county roads related to Lot I NORTH are found in the specifications and the annexes thereto.
