TENDER DESCRIPTION

Black ice combating and snow removal services on county roads managed by the Vrancea County Council over a period of 48 calendar months, specifically for the winters 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029, 2029-2030. The period of service delivery is between November 15 of the current year and March 15 of the following year. Depending on weather and road conditions, this period may be modified by written notification from the contracting authority. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement related to Lot 1 (North) are found in the Lot1 North Summary. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement for Lot I/NORTH is 19,547,381.57 lei excluding VAT.
