Procurement of secondary springs for Combino trams under a framework purchase contract. Total quantity: 410 pcs / 24 months The Contracting Authority undertakes to place purchase orders for 70% of the total framework quantity (total quantity) recorded in the framework contract. The description of the component to be procured is included in the Price Schedule. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), according to which the provision of identifiers appearing in the Price Schedule was done only for the purpose of clearly and understandably defining the subject matter of the procurement; the Contracting Authority shall also accept offers that are equivalent to them. It is the Bidder’s task to substantiate equivalence and, in case of doubt, to prove it. The component must be delivered based on the specified type and factory identifier, with the same or better reliability, with operating capability, design, and technical parameters identical to those of the currently used component for the same purpose.
