TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Authority requires the appointment of a single supplier to act as a strategic communications and creative campaign delivery agency, providing specialist support to the in-house Communications team. The Agency will deliver insight-led communications and marketing campaigns, including audience research, campaign strategy and planning, creative concept development, design and creative direction, campaign delivery, monitoring, reporting and post-campaign evaluation. The Agency will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of the housing, public and charitable sectors and the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders and key audience groups. Services may include, but are not limited to: • Insight gathering and audience research. • Campaign strategy and planning. • Creative concept development. • Design and creative direction. • Campaign delivery. • Monitoring and reporting. • Post-campaign evaluation.
