TENDER DESCRIPTION

The core of the delivery is FoUI guidance as described below. Oslo municipality also requests an option for other services. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract with 4-7 FoUI guides for selected input areas. The FoUI guideline shall strengthen research supported innovation in the region ́s businesses and the municipality ́s own activities. The effort shall strengthen capacity for innovation in business and shall also contribute to strengthening Oslo municipality ́s own capacity for research-supported innovation, in line with the approved strategy for knowledge based development, innovation and digital technology for Oslo municipality (KID). Business orientated efforts will be prioritised, among other things, in accordance with the regional plan for competitiveness and value creation in Oslo and Akershus, which is at a hearing in autumn 2026.
