TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description of the sub-contract This sub-contract is for the delivery of competence broker resources within the seafood commitment area. The sub-contract has the same overall purpose, scope and requirements for the delivery as described in the procurement ́s main description, but is particularly aimed at mobilising companies within the seafood industry in Troms. Examples are value chains, utilisation of residual raw materials and side currents, and sustainable production methods among others. The tenderer shall contribute to research mobilisation in business through outreach and needs managed work towards companies in the seafood sector, including particularly small and medium sized businesses with limited experience from research and development. The work shall support increased research efforts, several qualified applications for relevant research and innovation instruments and strengthened cooperation between businesses and relevant R&D environments.
