TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is concluded for an initial period starting on the date of notification and ending after 12 months. This contract may be renewed three times. The maximum duration of the framework agreement, including any renewal(s), may not exceed 48 months from the date it is concluded. The services will be paid by applying the unit prices to the quantities actually performed/delivered. All services covered by the contract are subject to a framework agreement which results in the issuing of single-award purchase orders, placed in accordance with Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. These services will be performed as and when the public buyer issues purchase orders and payment will be made according to the unit prices in the Unit Price Schedule, based on the quantities actually performed. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the same Code, the framework agreement is concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value.
