TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the supply, transport, and installation of innovative educational furniture intended for the new kindergarten located in via Cigliano and the new nursery located in via Nenni in a single lot, whose elements are indicated in the project documentation. The offered furniture must be made in a way that does not pose a danger to the safety and health of the users of the facility to which they are destined. Therefore, they must be manufactured with first-quality materials and according to excellent workmanship in compliance with Italian laws and the regulations in force within the European Community. The supply of the offered furniture must ensure the reduction of environmental impact through compliance with the minimum environmental criteria as per the Ministerial Decree of June 23, 2022, and the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle, ensuring that the products do not cause significant harm to the environment throughout their entire life cycle.
