TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation follows procedure No 2026-13, relating to services for the preparation, packaging and delivery of meals in chilled link for the school catering service and the municipal nursery of the town of Ghisonaccia, declared unsuccessful due to the absence of regular bids. Framework agreement awarded using the adapted procedure pursuant to point 3 of Article R.2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code, relating to the procedure applicable to social services and other specific services. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, single-awardee, performed as and when purchase orders are issued, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code. The contract consists of a single lot and will be awarded to a single economic operator. Services will be paid for by applying unit prices. The contract is concluded without a minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount of EUR 260,000 excluding tax, i.e. a total maximum contract amount (4 years) of EUR 1,040,000 excluding tax).
