The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Duration: The framework agreement is initially for a period of twelve (12) months. It can be renewed three times for additional periods of twelve (12) months each.
• Contract Start Date: The agreement becomes effective upon its notification or on the date specified in the notification letter.
• Contract End Date: The framework agreement concludes either when its term expires or when its maximum financial limit is reached.

• Technical Phases with indicative price parts:
• Cadrage/conception (Framing/design): 20% of the price upon validation of the letter of intent, synopsis, or storyboard.
• Production provisoire (Provisional production): 30% of the price upon submission of an exploitable provisional export for validation.
• Masters/intégration (Masters/integration): 30% of the price upon submission of master files and participation in tests.
• Admission: 20% of the price upon unconditional admission or the lifting of any reservations.
• Intermediate deadlines for subsequent markets: These involve the submission of the letter of intent, storyboard, validation of the artistic project, submission of provisional exports, submission of masters, execution of tests, lifting of reservations, and final admission.
• Report of services: In cases of force majeure, adverse weather, or health emergencies, the parties must agree on a new date for the services.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the conception, adaptation, and realization of original light, audiovisual, sound, immersive, or video-mapping works. These works are primarily destined for cultural, tourist, heritage, and event manifestations organized by the Commune of Sanary-sur-Mer, specifically mentioning projections on iconic monuments like the façade of the Hôtel de Ville for end-of-year festivities. The objective is to valorize the history, heritage, identity, and festive spirit of the Commune.

The Statement of Work (SOW) summary and core deliverables encompass the following stages and activities:

• Studies and Conception: This includes initial launch and framing meetings, site visits and reconnaissance, technical and artistic feasibility studies, and the artistic conception itself, including synopsis elaboration and sequencing of the work. It also covers the creation of original visual content (2D/3D animation, editing, post-production, corrections, and delivery of visual master files) and original sound content (sound design, editing, mixing, post-production, corrections, and delivery of sound master files).
• Adaptation and Modification: This involves adapting or reusing existing works for new buildings, additional adaptation minutes, and punctual modifications to validated content.
• Technical Preparation and Integration: This stage covers technical preparation, encoding, and exports, integration of content onto broadcasting equipment, geometric and colorimetric adjustments, synchronization, and technical trials and general rehearsals. It also includes technical implantation studies.
• Installation and Service: This includes the rental of high-power video projectors, synchronized media servers or players, and sound systems. It also covers the installation, connection, adjustment, and commissioning of equipment, as well as the dismantling, packaging, and retrieval of materials.
• Exploitation and Assistance: This involves technical presence during the first broadcast, video and sound technical direction, and remote artistic or technical on-call services.

The project requires ensuring artistic, technical, and operational coherence across all phases, from scriptwriting and audiovisual/sound creation to adaptation for projection supports, calibration, alignment, and delivery of masters.
