TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design and purchase of railway rolling stock and other associated services. This consultation concerns the acquisition of a range of Rolling Stock, the delivery of associated maintenance services, as well as the implementation of energy recharge devices. This project is led by SPL SPIIT, acting as Contracting Authority. The Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine Regions created a company dedicated to the development of the railway system in their territory, in the form of a Local Public Company named INTERREGIONAL PUBLIC COMPANY FOR INVESTMENTS IN FAVOR OF TRANSPORTS (SPL SPIIT). As of the date of publication of this consultation, the shareholders of SPL SPIIT are the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, the Occitanie Region, and the Centre-Val de Loire Region, which joined the capital of SPL SPIIT in November 2025. At the date of publication of this document, it is planned that the Brittany Region will join the capital of SPL SPIIT in the coming months. SPL SPIIT has signed a forty-two (42) year concession contract with its regional shareholders.
