TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services under Lot 1 consist in designing and producing the exhibition scenography and props/mounting for the temporary exhibition “OCEANIA. Beings of Water”. These services include: • The design of the exhibition scenography and props/mounting through the submission of a preliminary concept document, then a detailed one, discussed and validated by the Directorate of Museums of Marseille; • The design of the lighting and the preparation/drafting of a floor plan layout for the room including existing rails and power outlets; • In general, this design must take into account the accessibility of visitors (circulation, lighting, reading, rest areas). It shall be carried out in consultation with the contractors of Lot 2, under the supervision of the Directorate of Museums of Marseille; • The description of the works to be carried out, with an exhaustive list of the supplies and materials required for the construction and production of the scenographic installations and the props/mounting elements; • Managing the production of the exhibition scenography through monitoring of fabrication and site supervision; • The construction and production of the scenographic installations and…
