TENDER DESCRIPTION
The services under Lot 1 consist in designing and producing the scenography and the plinthing for the temporary exhibition « OCEANIA. Water beings ». These services include: • The design of the exhibition scenography and plinthing through the submission of an initial preliminary concept, then a detailed version, discussed and approved by the Direction des Musées de Marseille; • The design of lighting and the preparation of a plan of the room showing existing rails and sockets; • In general, this design must take account of accessibility for visitors (circulation, lighting, reading, rest). It must be carried out in consultation with the holders of Lot 2, under the supervision of the Direction des Musées de Marseille; • A description of the works to be carried out, with an exhaustive list of the supplies and materials necessary for the construction and production of scenographic installations and the plinthing elements; • Project management for the production of the exhibition’s scenography through the monitoring of manufacturing and site supervision; • The construction and production of the scenographic installations and plinthing: partitions, plinths, frames, display cases,…
