TENDER DESCRIPTION

APIJ’s communication materials mainly cover the prison and judicial projects for which it is responsible. On the one hand, APIJ has set up a collection of presentation booklets for judicial and prison operations: based on an existing template, each booklet is produced on the occasion of the handover of a judicial or prison building. These booklets constitute the documentary and heritage record of the operations and provide evidence of APIJ’s expertise and that of the stakeholders involved on the construction site. They describe the construction of the buildings, the involvement of the various stakeholders and their intentions, and highlight the architecture. On the other hand, APIJ publishes leaflets and roll-up banners (kakemonos) about the construction sites it manages, in order to provide its partners, future users and the operation’s stakeholders with an information point on the project’s progress or with thematic coverage of a topic.
