TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has as its purpose the design, supply, delivery, assembly and installation of all the furniture intended for the future media library – community venue in Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise. The contractor is responsible for proposing an overall furniture layout solution that complies with the objectives defined in the CCTP, for ensuring the manufacture or supply of the furniture proposed and for its complete installation up to its perfect commissioning. The services also include site layout studies, the production of the documents necessary for project approval, delivery, assembly, adjustment and end-of-site cleaning operations, as well as the provision of the documents required for operating the equipment.
