TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has the purpose of designing, supplying, delivering, assembling and installing all the furniture intended for the future media library – a community hub (tiers-lieu) in Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise. The contractor is responsible for proposing an overall furnishing layout solution that complies with the objectives defined in the CCTP, for ensuring the manufacture or supply of the proposed furniture items as well as their complete installation up to their perfect commissioning. The services also include layout study work, the production of the documents required for project validation, delivery, assembly and adjustment operations, end-of-site cleaning and the handover of the documents required for operating the equipment.
