TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the design, production, delivery, and installation of a work of art, under the 1% artistic scheme, as part of the construction of the Épinettes schools and the creation of a socio-cultural facility. Location of the installation of the work: 7 rue Honoré Fragonard / 38 bis rue d'Erevan, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux. The portion of the financial envelope reserved by the contracting authority for the design, production, delivery, and installation of the work is 169,847.40 Euros excluding VAT. Details are provided in Article 1 of the consultation rules (RC). For the awarded artist(s), the envelope is therefore a maximum of 148,766 Euros excluding VAT. The procedure is a restricted adapted procedure in two phases (details in Article 2.1 of the RC): - Application: submission of a file, analysis of applications by an artistic committee, then selection of a maximum of 5 candidates. - Offer: only the selected candidates submit an offer.
